Covid 19 Policy

  • Dream Photography Workshops will follow all relevant Government Guidelines whilst the workshop takes place.

  • Your decision to travel is a personal one and you must make a judgement based on the information available to you.

  • We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers Covid-19 in its policy in case of emergencies.

  • It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they meet the criteria to enter the country, state or territory that the workshop is being undertaken in. If you fail to meet the entry requirements, you forfeit your payment and place on the workshop.

  • It is the responsibility of the participant to adhere to local rules and regulations regarding covid-19 such as wearing face masks inside or during transport.

  • During the workshops, we will adhere to social distance as much as possible. However due to the nature of our workshops, interaction with participants and cameras may occur. Wipes, hand sanitiser will be on hand.

  • If you show signs or symptoms of Covid-19, use a Rapid Antigen Test and isolate if positive as the health of our participants and guides is paramount. Dream is not liable or responsible if you have to isolate.

  • We recommend you bring your own mask(s) to use.

  • Should restrictions or a lockdown prevent the workshop from being fulfilled, we will use every possible avenue to to refund for the unperformed portion of the workshop less any reasonable losses incurred before the cancellation.

Deposits and Payments

To reserve your spot on one of our workshops, a non refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. The deposit amount will depend on the workshop. Some may require a higher deposit due to advance bookings for that particular workshop. The deposit amount will always be displayed on the workshop page, together with the due dates for payments.

If participants fail to pay the final amount in full before the specified due date, they risk losing their deposit and forfeiting their spot to a participant on the waiting list. In such cases, if the full and final payment is not received by the due date, Dream Photography Workshop will send two reminder emails requesting the payment. If payment is still not received, then we reserve the right to cancel your participation on the workshop and payments will not be eligible for a refund. 

Payments are made via bank deposit. The detials of this bank deposit will be on the invoice sent to you. If you would like to pay using a card, relevant fees will be passed onto the participant. 

Cancellations and Refunds

We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance in case there is any reason that might keep you from attending your photography workshop.

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email at all times. Please note your cancellation is not considered official until you have received a return email confirmation acknowledging your cancellation.

100 Days before departure

  • If you cannot make the workshop for any reason, we will refund all monies paid to Dream Photography minus the non refundable deposit.

100 Days Or Less before Departure. 

  • If your spot is filled by another participant, we’ll refund your balance minus the non refundable deposit.

  • If we cannot fill your spot, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN and your deposit and workshop payments will be forfeited.


Please not, that while we sometimes have waiting lists, we can not guarantee that we will fill your spot. We recommend communicating your cancellation as soon as possible to increase the chances of filling your spot and booking travel insurance that covers the cost of your deposit/tour in case you can’t attend.

Trip Cancellation

Dream Photography Workshops reserve the right to cancel a photography workshop when the minimum number of participants is not met. We will contact you if we are considering cancelling the workshop. If we cancel the workshop, we will refund your deposit and payments made towards the workshop.

We, however, are not liable for external expenses such as flights, accommodation, or gear. We always recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover you for this.
